What is Ideation?

“Brainstorming” is a great tool to produce as many ideas as possible. However “ideation” takes this a step further and also focuses on the “quality“ of these ideas by offering opportunities to experience meaningful dialogues among people. The ideation process itself opens the minds for communication and thereby builds the commitment necessary for change. This strategic approach will lead people to focus on important issues only and help to communicate how to resolve them.
