Kate is an experienced and enthusiastic consultant, trainer/coach and facilitator who works with individuals, teams and organizations to help them perform more effectively. Her unique facilitation, communication and cross-cultural skills supported many companies and organizations to change and develop through innovative bottom-up ideation sessions.

  • Former Ehwa Institute for Leadership Development Advisor, Adjunct Professor
  • Certified trainer of TMS(Team Management System) Australia 
  • Languages: Korean, English, German; coaching and consulting delivered in Korean and English​
Beatrix Kesper
Consultant, Trainer/Facilitator, Coach

Beatrix is a certified intercultural Trainer. She supports individuals, teams and organizations in working with international business partners and improving cooperation within multicultural teams. Beatrix can look back on over 10 years of experience as a training and coaching professional. Originally from the Netherlands, she lived and worked for many years in Germany as well as 11 years in Korea and Japan.

Sue Raiber
Consultant, Trainer/Facilitator, Coach

Sue is an open-minded, resourceful, enthusiastic, and hardworking trainer who is comfortable and effective in relating to people from many different backgrounds and cultures and understands how to motivate them to do their best work. She is fluent in German, Korean and English and very familiar with working across cultures from Asian and Western.
